Flightvintage - Policy

Purchasing at Flightvintage is easy and safe. We currently accept only PayPal and Credit Card payments. We ONLY ship to confirmed Addresses since this is the only way we are protected with PayPal against fraud. We are authorized dealer Cockpit USA, Irvin and Halcyon.

Shipping

We currently ship to any address in Europe. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside Europe, but we will be expanding our business to include international destinations very soon. Please check back in the coming months for updated shipping information. Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. Usually you will get your jacket in 7 days, for unavaiable size you will wait no more than 20 days. Cost of shipping is included in the product price (UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Germany).

Refund

All our products can be returned within 10 days of their purchase provided they are not used. You can return your purchase in exchange for other items, or ask for full reimbursement of original price (Shipping charges will not be refunded). We will refund your credit card or your paypal account within 15 days of receiving the items. We’ll notify you of your reimbursement via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the return. If you ask to exchange your item with another item, we will let you know the availability. Shipping for returned items has to be paid by the customer. Our return policy is subject to change.
